Every product purchased from Ace IT Technologies carries a 90-Day warranty from the shipment date. Items must be returned within the 90-Day warranty period to be eligible for a refund. Full refunds are only issued for defective or dead on arrival (DOA) products. Partial refunds are issued to refurbished items returned in the original working condition as shipped and are subject to a 20% restock fee, original shipping fee, and the return shipment fee (if shipped on our account). Factory Sealed items must be returned in factory sealed condition and are subject to a 20% restock fee, if opened the restock fee is 50%, with the original shipping fee, and the return shipment fee (if shipped on our account).
